Shattered Lives: A Report of Domestic Violence Fatalities in Lucas County, Ohio, 2003-2006
Gabrielle Davis, who joined the University in 1996, is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law (JD) and Siena Heights College (BA). Ms. Davis teaches in the College of Law Legal Clinic and directs the Domestic Violence Clinic.
Prior to joining the Legal Clinic, Ms. Davis worked as an attorney with Watkins, Bates & Carey in Toledo, Ohio, with a concentration in employment law and general civil litigation.
Ms. Davis has been active in a number of professional and civic organizations including: the Lucas County Domestic Violence Council, Bethany House, Face Forward, Advocates for Basic Legal Equality and Legal Services of Northwest Ohio; Citizens Dispute Settlement Program; Clinical Legal Education Association; Committee on Integration of Clinical Methodology, Association of American Law Schools; American Bar Association; Ohio State Bar Association; Toledo Bar Association; and Toledo Women's Bar Association.
