Chapter 1, pp. 1-34; problems 7 and 7A (do not prepare the other problems in the chapter).
Chapter 2, pp. 35-52; problems 8, 9, 9A, 9B, 10.
We may get to pp. 54; problems 11, 11A, 12.


Professor Beth A. Eisler, a faculty member since 1987, is a graduate of George Washington University (AB, JD).

Prior to joining the faculty, Professor Eisler taught at Wayne State University Law School and was an attorney in the Criminal Division of the United States Department of Justice where she was involved in drafting the Federal Rules of Evidence.

Professor Eisler has been active in a number of professional and civic organizations including The Michigan Supreme Court State Board of Law Examiners and the Toledo Bar Association Lawyers Roundtable.

In addition, Professor Eisler has published in the fields of contracts, commercial law, and wills and estates.
