Mark Chad Abramson

MARK C. ABRAMSON graduated from the University of Cincinnati and from the American University, Washington College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and the District of Columbia, and has argued cases in both the United States District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit involving employee benefits issues. Mr. Abramson is a member of the law firm of Robison, Curphey & O’Connell, and is a member of the Toledo and Ohio State Bar Associations.

Mr. Abramson is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist and has been a past President of its Detroit Area Chapter. He has been involved in a wide range of professional and community organizations, including serving as Chair of the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Office of the Anti-Defamation League. Mr. Abramson has been a member of the Board of Governors of the Employment and Law Section of the Ohio State Bar, and serves as a member of the Professionalism, Membership and Benefits Committees of the Toledo Bar Association. Mr. Abramson is a frequent lecturer in the areas of retirement and benefits planning for individuals and business clients.

He previously served as an Adjunct Professor in the Masters in Taxation Program at the University of Toledo College of Business Administration. Mr. Abramson focuses his practice in the areas of closely held and family business, succession planning and employee benefits.
