On-Campus Interviews

On-Campus Interviews for 2Ls, 3Ls and 4Ls can be conducted anytime during the academic year except during scheduled breaks and exam times. On-Campus Interviews for 1Ls can take place during the spring semester.

Interviewing on campus allows you to meet with a number of candidates in a focused amount of time. This benefits you because it limits your time out of the office and maximizes the time you spend meeting with qualified candidates.

To accommodate your on-campus interview needs, we ask that you contact us for details about how to make your plans to join us on campus a success or complete an information form.

Group Resume Collection

If you are unable to join us for On-Campus Interviews, consider receiving resumes from students matching your established criteria.  Group Resume Collections can occur any time of the year.

On-Line Postings

Lawmatch is UT Law’s on-line posting system. Create a user-name and password and post your own position on line at the link below or contact us and we can post the position for you.

Notice of Non-Discrimination Policy

It is the practice of the University of Toledo College of Law Career Services Office to accept job postings and on-campus interview requests only from employers who agree to adhere to the following policy:

The University of Toledo College of Law is committed to a policy of equal opportunity in education, employment, membership and contracts. No differentiation will be made based on race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, veterans status or the presence of a disability except as mandated by pertinent legal requirements.

Military Recruiters

The policies of the United States Armed Forces concerning recruitment and retention do not comply with the above-stated policy of the College of Law with regard to non-discrimination based on sexual orientation. Under normal circumstances, the military would therefore be barred from conducting interviews and recruiting on our campus. As affirmed last March by the U.S. Supreme Court, however, federal legislation requires law schools to provide job-recruitment access to military recruiters or their universities will risk losing federal funding, including federal financial aid. For this reason, military recruiters will be allowed access to College of Law recruiting facilities. This limited exception is not intended to diminish our commitment to our non-discrimination policy and our policy will be applied to all other employers.
