Georgia Supreme Court (http://www.gasupreme.us/)
Students should apply directly to the seven individual justices. Application materials should include a cover letter and resume. The application may also include two letters of recommendation, an unofficial law school transcript, and a writing sample. Clerks must pass the Georgia Bar Exam prior to working for the Supreme Court. As clerks serve for an indefinite period of time, openings only occur periodically.

Georgia Court of Appeals (www.gaappeals.us)
The Georgia Court of Appeals hires staff attorneys rather than judicial law clerks. A staff attorney must be a member of the Georgia Bar, and serves for an indefinite period at the pleasure of the judge who hires them. Although openings do not arise on a regular basis, interested students are encouraged to apply directly to the twelve individual judges with a letter expressing interest in serving as a staff attorney.
