Parking Permits
The Division of Student Affairs would like to advise all students of the following information about parking permits. Also please review this flyer.
- On-campus residents who ordered prior to August 10th should pick-up their permit at their residence hall desk.
- Students who ordered a permit on line PRIOR to August 10th should receive their permit in the mail at their permanent address. Permits have already been mailed out for the Fall 2009 semester and should arrive shortly to most students.
- Students who were not part of the mail out still have to request a permit online if they have not done so already (if they have done this the parking permit fee will be reflected on their account).
- The computer lab, RH 1559 (near Admissions) will be open and it now has signage to identify it’s location which can be seen from both directions of the hallway so they may use this lab to access their MyUT page and request a permit.
- Tickets for “no permit” will not be issued the first week of classes.
- Students may pick up permits at either 1610 Rocket Hall or our office in the basement of Mulford Library (next to UT Police Dispatch) at HSC. We are making arrangements with some colleges and programs, Medicine and Physical Therapy for example, for alternate delivery.
- Permits may be returned by September 8th for a full refund.
