Please note that, due to a= prior commitment for its symposium issue this next year, the University of Toledo= Law Review will NOT be publishing the symposium papers. We are currently = looking for a law review that might have an interest in publishing the papers, but I want to be clear that there is no guarantee of a publication. Consider this a labor of love.
