Our University

The University of Toledo is a comprehensive public university with an enrollment of more than 20,000 students in 11 colleges. One of fewer than 20 universities in the nation with colleges of law, medicine, business, engineering, and pharmacy, The University of Toledo provides a wide range of rich educational opportunities

.

The main campus, on which the Law Center is located, was named as one of the country’s most beautiful campuses by the American Society of Landscape Architects, one of only 22 colleges and universities so honored.

Cultural and recreational activities at UT are plentiful. From Division 1-A athletics to musical and theatrical performances at the Center for Performing Arts, to lecture series on art, science and literature, there’s an abundance of activity on campus.

Also available to law students is the Student Recreation Center, a 151,000-square-foot facility featuring three pools, a water slide, basketball, racquetball/handball and volleyball courts, machine and free weights, a running track, aerobic and martial arts areas, outdoor sand volleyball courts, game tables, a golf simulator, a rock-climbing wall, and movie theater.

The Student Medical Center is here for all students and is conveniently located near the Law Center. Our students also have access to the libraries on all campuses, Apple Tree Nursery School, and the Counseling Center.
